This unforgettable safari package begins with a guided city tour of Nairobi, offering a glimpse into Kenya’s vibrant capital, rich culture, and key landmarks. From Nairobi, travel through the scenic. Great Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha, where you will enjoy a relaxing boat ride among hippos and diverse birdlife, set against a beautiful lakeside backdrop. The journey continues to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flamingos and thriving populations of rhinos, lions, giraffes, and other wildlife. Guests will enjoy an exciting game drive through the park’s picturesque landscapes before heading onward to the world-renowned Maasai Mara. In the Maasai Mara, expect thrilling game drives across vast open plains, abundant wildlife including the Big Five, and breathtaking scenery that delivers an authentic African safari experience.

Day to Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Check Inn

Welcome to Kenya! After arriving at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, the driver/tour guide will transport you to your hotel in Nairobi. You can spend the afternoon and evening resting or use the time to explore the bustling central hub of Kenya by visiting one of the city’s famous flea markets or eating out at an authentic Kenyan restaurant.

Days 2: Nairobi City Tour

Today begins with a relaxed start. At approximately 10:15 a.m., our driver will meet you at your hotel and take you to the outskirts of Nairobi for a visit to the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage. This renowned sanctuary is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of orphaned elephants. During the one-hour public viewing session, you will have the chance to watch the young elephants being bottle-fed, playing, and interacting in their natural environment. There are no performances or rides, only a meaningful conservation experience. Guests also have the unique opportunity to adopt an elephant and support its ongoing care.

The journey continues to the nearby Giraffe Centre, located close to the iconic Giraffe Manor. This conservation center focuses on the protection and breeding of the endangered Rothschild giraffe. Visitors can enjoy close encounters, feed the giraffes, and capture memorable photos while learning about vital conservation efforts. At midday, lunch will be served before proceeding to the Kazuri Beads Centre, where you will discover the intricate process of creating handcrafted ceramic beads and pottery. The center empowers local women, particularly single mothers, by providing valuable skills and sustainable employment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase beautifully handmade jewelry and home décor items.

Day 3: Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

You will be picked up from your Nairobi accommodation at 9:30 a.m. and begin a scenic drive of approximately three hours through the spectacular Great African Rift Valley. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of sweeping plains and striking volcanic landmarks, including Mount Longonot and the Suswa Hills.

Optional Activity: Boat Ride Lake Naivasha
Upon arrival, lunch will be served at your lodge before heading out for your first afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is renowned for its shimmering lake, often tinged pink by vast flocks of flamingos feeding on algae that give them their vivid color. Lake Nakuru is also a key sanctuary for endangered black and white rhinos and the rare Rothschild giraffe. Accompanied by an experienced safari guide, you’ll have excellent opportunities to spot, observe, and photograph these remarkable animals in their natural habitat. After the game drive you will back for dinner at the lodge.

Day 4: Full Day In Lake Nakuru

Experience a day of luxury and wildlife at Lake Nakuru National Park, one of Kenya’s most stunning safari destinations. Depart in a private, comfortable vehicle with an expert guide and explore the park’s diverse landscapes, from shimmering lake shores to acacia-dotted woodlands and rocky escarpments. Witness the iconic flamingo spectacle and search for endangered black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, lions, and more, all in their natural habitat.

Enjoy a private scenic lunch overlooking the lake before continuing your afternoon game drive, capturing unforgettable photographs and taking in the serene beauty of the African savannah. As the sun sets over Lake Nakuru, you’ll conclude a truly indulgent safari experience that combines comfort, adventure, and exceptional wildlife encounters.

Days 5: Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara

After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive as you bid farewell to the wildlife of Lake Nakuru National Park, gradually making your way out of the reserve. The journey onward to the Maasai Mara takes you through Kenya’s picturesque countryside, offering sweeping views and ever-hanging landscapes that are truly captivating. Arrive at your Maasai Mara lodge or tented camp in time for lunch, followed by an exciting afternoon game drive that continues until sunset. The Maasai Mara is home to an incredible variety of wildlife iconic to the African savannah, waiting to be discovered roaming freely across the vast open plains. As evening approaches, return to your accommodation for dinner and relaxation, preparing for another unforgettable day exploring the heart of this remarkable wilderness.

Day 6: Masai Mara Adventure

You’ll have an early morning game drive then breakfast. After breakfast, you’ll go for more game drives till lunchtime when you’ll have lunch and relax. Later in the afternoon, proceed for more game drives in search of wild animals. Alternatively, you can do full-day game drives with packed lunch OR choose to relax as per your wish. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Day 7: Full Day Masai Mara Experience

Spend a whole day game viewing in this jewel of a park in Kenya. Masai Mara National Reserve is rich in wildlife and exotic birds. Today, you will explore the savannah plains to catch up with the grazers. Elephant, warthog, giraffe, zebra, gazelle, buffalo, hyena, jackal and many more will be seen during your game drives. The big cats like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and wild cats are also found here, and will be seen in the fields hunting together with the scavengers. Your game viewing shall also cover areas around the Mara River for giant Nile crocodile and hippo viewing. Have your packed lunch by the Mara River as you enjoy your game viewing. This is an all-year-round arena for wildlife viewing. Dinner and overnight at budget tented camp.

Optional Activity: Early Ballon Ride Safari

Day 8: Maasai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi

Start your final day in the Masai Mara with a leisurely breakfast and a relaxed morning at your lodge or camp. There’s no rush today, giving you time to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and reflect on the incredible safari experience. By mid-morning, you will take a flight to Nairobi. On arrival you will be picked and taken for lunch as you prepare for your international flight, bringing an end to a memorable adventure through Kenya.
